This is the public privacy policy for Lawn Mowing Cost Calculator on the web and for the Lawn Estimate Calculator iPhone app (Home Screen name Lawn Operator). It describes current product behavior. If that behavior changes, this page must be updated to match.

Website calculator (browser behavior)

The website worksheet runs in your browser. Area, frequency, difficulty, add-ons, and pricing assumptions you enter are processed locally in that browser session to produce an estimate. This repository has no application account, analytics, ads, checkout, CRM, or customer-data backend, and this product code does not transmit those worksheet values to an application server.

The website does not create a user identity, does not require login, and does not include a support form or other data-collection form on this policy.

iPhone app (on-device service profile and anonymous estimate history)

Lawn Estimate Calculator is a free, iPhone-only, fully offline app. It does not use networking, iCloud, CloudKit, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, purchases, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or a demo account.

The app's local storage is a single JSON file in its Application Support directory, written with complete file protection. That file can hold:

• one editable service profile (area unit, base rates, difficulty multipliers, and add-on names and prices)
• anonymous numeric estimate history (a local identifier, timestamps, area, visits per season, difficulty, selected add-on IDs, and the calculated breakdown)

There is no field for customer name, email, phone, address, location, account ID, or notes. The developer does not receive this file. Deleting the app removes it from that iPhone.

Starter prices in the app are illustrative editable assumptions. The in-app notice is: Illustrative editable operating assumptions — not market rates or pricing advice.

User-initiated system share sheet

A user can explicitly open Share text summary on a saved estimate. That action opens the system share sheet with a plain-text summary of numbers, assumptions, and the illustrative-assumption notice. The app does not automatically transmit that content. Whatever destination the user then picks in the system share sheet is outside the app.

No developer collection, no tracking, no account

We do not collect names, emails, addresses, lawn details, account IDs, or other customer data through the website calculator or the iPhone app. There is no tracking, no advertising identifier, and no analytics script in this product. App Privacy remains Data Not Collected because the developer does not collect data from the app.

Ordinary website hosting logs

Loading the static website from a host still involves ordinary web requests for HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Hosts may keep ordinary website hosting logs of those requests. Those logs are outside this application's control, are not an analytics product feature, and are distinct from the iPhone app, which does not send usage data to us.
