Help for Lawn Estimate Calculator, the free iPhone-only offline app (Home Screen name Lawn Operator). This page is public at https://lawnmowingcalculator.com/support/. It has no form, no ticket widget, and no data collection.

Starter prices and multipliers in the app are illustrative editable assumptions — not market rates, pricing advice, binding customer quotes, profitability guarantees, route optimization, licensing, or code compliance. Offline startup

The app is fully offline. It does not need a network, an account, or a demo login. Open it on an iPhone; the Estimates and Service Profile tabs work without configuration.

• If the app does not open, force-quit it and launch it again. No sign-in screen should appear.
• If a local storage alert says saved data could not be read, the app starts from the illustrative defaults and does not delete the file itself. You can keep using the worksheet.
• Reinstalling the app removes the on-device JSON file. There is no cloud copy.

Saving estimates and the service profile

Save changes on Service Profile stores one editable service profile on this iPhone. New estimate on the Estimates tab calculates from your current profile and, when valid, appends an anonymous numeric estimate history record on this device.

• Area must be greater than 0. Visits per season must be between 1 and 52. Choose a difficulty. Then save.
• Local storage is a single JSON file in Application Support with complete file protection. It is not synced and is not sent to the developer.
• History keeps the 1,000 newest estimates. Older local entries may be dropped on that device only.
• If a local storage alert says changes could not be written, free space on the iPhone and try Save changes again. The app has no server backup.

Reset and delete

• Reset to illustrative defaults on Service Profile restores the starter examples and keeps saved estimates.
• Open a saved estimate and use Delete estimate to remove that one anonymous record.
• Clear history on Estimates permanently deletes every saved estimate on this device and cannot be undone. The service profile stays.
• Delete the app from the iPhone to remove the JSON file. The developer cannot remotely reset, export, or recover it.

Sharing

Open a saved estimate and choose Share text summary. That user-initiated action opens the system share sheet with a plain-text summary of inputs, assumptions, totals, and the illustrative-assumption notice. The app does not automatically transmit that content. Destinations you pick in the system share sheet are outside the app.

Mail routing and delivery were not tested in this stage, and this is not a promised reply time. There is no in-app chat and no support form.
