Refunds for planned AI credit packs

Purchases are not currently available. When checkout is enabled, the pack, price and this policy will be shown before payment.

For a refund request, use the buyer portal supplied with your payment or contact hello@lawnmowingcalculator.com with your order reference. Please do not send card details or sensitive customer notes.

Requests are reviewed; a request is not automatic approval. An approved refund removes the remaining unused credits from that pack. Credits already used are not restored. This policy does not limit applicable statutory consumer rights.

A clarification-only response or confirmed generation failure uses no AI credit. An uncertain request remains pending for reconciliation, without automatic repeat generation.
